Sailormade model of bark NILE of New London; rigging, but no sails; screwed to wooden base; possibly belonged to Jibboom Club of New London; handwritten on tape on bottom of base "This boat belongs to Charles White - from Bill Eaton. It was built by Burt T. Eaton in the 1930ties. It was the first model he built. As a young man he sailed on The Nile to Prince Edward island one year. He gave this to Bill in the 1930ties when we lived in Pittsburg. One model in Mystic Seaport".
