Detroit Yacht Club Regatta (1919)

Many times called the Detroit Races which is and is not a generic title as many of the boating magazines also called this the Detroit Races. These races in 1919 consisted of: the Gold Cup Race with 6 entries; The Miller Chance Race with 21 starters and several trophies were offered: Detroit News Trophy, The Rosenfeld Cup, Sallan Trophy.
Sponsored by the Detroit Yacht Club of Detroit, Michigan. Different events included at times the Gold Cup, motorboating races as well as some sailing races.
