Took place outside the harbor of Havana, Cuba. Three American displacement runabouts as well as 2 Cuban runabouts. 3 races. Race 1: raced by WILGOLD II won over LA MAMBISA and BIBI. Race 2: BABY CUB won over MARY. Race 3: MARY won over BABY CUB and LA MAMBISA. Sponsored by the Havana Yacht Club. Start of race was at the Castillo de la Punta which is opposite Moro Castle. The judge was: Enrique J. Conill; timekeepers were Bernardo L. Barker (Havana Yacht Club) and Odis A. Porter (American Power Boat Association). Scorekeeper: Chester S. Ricker. Officials from the Havana Yacht Club: Commodore Senor Pedro Morales and Vice-Commodore Senor Rafael Posso.
