There is an old label on the back board which reads: "Medium Clipper/[following is crossed out]Celestial/Built by Wm H Webb, New York, 1850,[following written above crossed out portion]Silas Greenman, Westerly, Ri, 1848/Original Model./Purchased Oct. 16, 1929, from Davidson, at/New London, CT for Dr. C.K. Stillman./[following is crossed out]860 tons."
