AMERICA ex-AMERIKA, and later renamed EDMUND B. ALEXANDER was built in 1905 in Belfast, Ireland by Harland & Wolff. She was seized by the U.S. in 1917 as troopship during World War I. She was owned by U.S. Lines from 1921-1932 and renamed in 1941 as troopship for World War II and scrapped in 1957. SCOUT was a 106'1" tugboat built in Camden, New Jersey in 1896 and owned by US Government. WHISTLER was a 94'2' steam tugboat built in Camden, New Jersey in 1920.
