Albumen; Nathan Hale School, New London, Connecticut; School originally built 1774, later had first floor seen in this photo placed under it; "the school" was moved to the Ancient Burial Ground in 1901 and cared for by the D.A.R.; it was the third incorporated secondary school in Connecticut; later it was moved to Mill Street.
