Label goes around three sides of bottle and printing goes vertically down the bottle. Label reads: "This Vial contains over fifty Doses of medicine/ ACONITUM 3/ Formula, Pharmacopoeia homeopathica polygotta - PAGE 71/ DOSE", etc. "PREPARED BY/ BOERICK & TAFEL,/ HOMEOPATHIC PHARMACY,/ NEW YORK/ (Boericke & Tafel)". Two seals from the company on label.
