New London Races (1931)

This event is part of the time period of the Harvard-Yale Races, 1931. The Harvard-Yale Races were held on June 19, 1931. The New London Races were held on the 18th - 19th as part of the events pertaining to the spectators and their vessels coming to the Harvard-Yale Races and images were taken off New London, CT. Although not an official series of real races, it was titled as the "New London Races". Both names, Harvard-Yale Races and New London Races, were used by the magazines and newspapers.
