Glass negative by Capt. George Comer, taken in the Canadian Arctic, 1897-1905. Depicts an Inuit identified as Harry, using a bone cutter made of flint and bone, apparently sitting inside a snow house. A woman is sitting to the left. Image is nearly identical to 1966.339.59, in which "Harry" is identified as Ippaktuq Tasseok, the woman as his wife "Patty," and the location as the west coast of Hudson Bay. Contact is reversed. Identification from original envelope: Photo 105.
