Glass negative by Capt. George Comer, taken in Hudson Bay. Probably taken at Cape Fullerton, February 1905. Depicts an Inuit man and two women seated in front of a sail cloth backdrop, inside deck house onboard whaling schooner ERA. One of the women wears a skirt or dress made from trade cloth. Information from original envelope identifies this as Photo # 13. Lantern slide 1966.339.76 was made from this negative.
