Payson had the 69'9" express cruiser SAGA built in 1935 by the Wheeler Shipyard in Brooklyn from designs by John Wheeler. Typed on the original negative sleeve: "[Box] 2350-20 / 50187 7/9/35 / SAGA 69' stateroom".
