Kaleidoscope marked: "C. G. Bush & Co./ Prov. R.I./ Patent Reissued Nov. 11, 1873". On wood stand. Cylinder covered with simulated leather; turning portion of cylinder of brass, spoked. Charles G. Bush ran rope-making company in Providence, RI, and patented sealed glass rods for use in Kaleidoscopes in 1873.
