Gold charm in shape of cap with squared visor and rope braid over brim; name on front of cap: "ALCYONE"; on flat top of cap in center is etched line figure of man (facing left) in shell; charm loop on back of cap. Belonged to William Henry Harrison Beebe (b. 1840) who belonged to Alcyone Rowing Club, probably in 1860's; he was grandson of Captain Silas Beebe who built Beebe homestead, Mystic, CT.
