Badge which belonged to Charles E. Wheeler (nickname Shang). Badge is brass, stamped: COMMISSIONER/ STATE BOARD OF FISHERIES & GAME/ CONNECTICUT/ C.E.W. On top of badge is an eagle; leaves trim the edge, and center space contains Connecticut State Seal. At bottom is a tulip motif.
