Small, clear 4-sided glass bottle with cork stopper. Bottle contains remains of brown liquid at bottom. Printed paper label around neck of bottle reads: "Stramonium". Stamped on cork stopper is: "Stram." Molded into glass on one side of bottle is: "CLAPP'S/ HOMOEOPATHIC PHARMACY/ BOSTON".
