Detroit, Michigan. Different events including the Gold Cup, Class divisions for different vessel races such as the R George Marsh Trophy, James Talbot, Jr. Trophy, the Charles F. Clipert Trophy, the George Harrison Phelps Trophy, the Aaron DeRoy Trophy, the Main Sheet Trophy, the Cruiser Handicap Race for the Kermath Trophy, the Matthews Cruiser Trophy, the Outboard Free-for-All Gold Cup Committee Trophy, 1 1/2 Litre Limited, Yacht Tenders that are Outboard Powered, Runabout over 35mph., Runabouts over 25 mph., Stock Runabouts not over 21 feet and not over 125 HP., Runabout Invitation, Stock Runabouts not Under 25 feet and not over 150 HP., as well as some sailing races. At this time the Harmsworth was also held from Aug. 31-Sept. 2.
