Image of the dark hulled hydroplane ARCTIC TERN II, underway with a painted arrow going from stern to bow with two white terns painted on the bow, raised, angular hatch cover amidships, port bow view. In the distant background is a shoreline. The driver is listed as A.D. Pugh and the mechanic as W.H. Wagner. ARCTIC TERN II, formerly known as MISS TAMPA and MISS PHILADELPHIA I, was built by Hacker Boat Company of Mt. Clemens, Michigan from designs by John L. Hacker by about 1925. Stamped negative sleeve info.: "61934F / Gold Cup 1932". Handwritten: "G10 Artic Tern[sic] / Box 3620". Notation of prints possibly sent by Rosenfeld and Sons to the following: "Chap" (C.
