Partial image of HI-ESMARO underway, port side, bow view forward, showing the figure on the bowsprit and a seaplane flying above. HI-ESMARO was a 266'6" motor yacht built by the Bath Iron Works of Bath, Maine in 1929 from designs by Henry J. Gielow, Inc. She was owned by H. Edward Manville from 1929 until sold in 1940 to the US Navy who renamed her as NIAGARA. Stamped neg. sleeve info.: "69599F / SEP 15 1934". Handwritten: "Hi-Esmaro". Original Box 4120.
