5x4 safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons during the time of the New York Yacht Club Cruise held starting off Newport, Rhode Island from July 30, 1956 to August 9, 1956. Image of the 40'4" auxiliary sloop ACTAEA undersail, port beam view with spinnaker set. She was a Concordia design by C. Raymond Hunt and built for Henry Sears in 1953 by Abeking & Rasmussen of Lemwerder, Germany. ACTAEA was the first of the Concordia 41's and was a flagship of the New York Yacht Club from 1954-1955 when Henry Sears was Commodore. She was later renamed GREENWITCH, OZ, DOLPHIN and ANN MCKIM.
