Image of 72' Sparkman & Stephens, Inc. designed, Herreshoff Manufacturing Co. built New York 50 sloops ACUSHLA and ISTALENA (built 1913 in Bristol, R.I.) at Larchmont Yacht Club Fall Regatta. Visible in image: starboard quarter view of ACUSHLA (NY/51) and port quarter view of ISTALENA (NY/57) crossing close-hauled port and starboard tacks respectively, with gaff-rigged mainsails, topsails, club-footed staysails and flying jibs raised, land in background.
