5 x 7 glass plate negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons on June 14, 1924. Image of 51' Ralph M. Monroe designed, A.C. Brown built auxiliary ketch MICCO (built 1891 in Staten Island, N.Y.) at Newport-Bermuda Race [a four to six day excursion]. Visible in image: starboard beam view of MICCO on port close-hauled tack under gaff-rigged main and mizzen sail, main topsail, club-footed staysail and jib, crew congregated in stern, spectator sail and power vessels observe the race under bare poles, a small motor boat is underway with two crew.
