Nevins, Inc. built cutter GOLLIWOG (built 1930 in City Island, NY) undersail with parachute spinnaker. Visible in image: bow view of GOLLIWOG running before the wind under a parachute spinnaker which blocks all but the hull and tip of boom run out to starboard from view, in background is shoreline, water is flat with cat's paws.
