Stern view of the vessels COURANTE (sloop), DJINN (cutter), and GYPSY (sloop), reaching with spinnakers set. DJINN was originally named ACTAEA, and is a 61' cutter, designed by Sparkman & Stephens, and built by Nevins Yard in 1938. GYPSY is a Frank Paine design and was built by Lawley & Sons in 1939. COURANTE is another Sparkman and Stephens design, originally named ORIENT, and built in Hong Kong, 1938. Stamped on back in blue rectangular box: "MORRIS ROSENFELD AND SONS / PHOTOGRAPHIC ILLUSTRATORS / 163 WEST 23rd ST., N.Y. 10011 / Phone: 989-2404". Handwritten on back: "Courante - Djinn - Gypsy".
