The gangway out and full of ladies, preceeded by a gentleman, Harry Richman. The girls (left to right) are Edith Roak, Camille Toni Lanier, Arlene Aber, Charlene Aber, Clair Windsor, and Irene Bordoni, all holding on to the gangway's rope handhold with their right hands. A string on pennant flags can be seen going from the top to the bow of the boat.
