In the foreground are pipe lines, some of which are leading to a crude oil tank partially in the ground and what looks to be crude oil on the ground. There are seven rigs in the background and a company building to the left and a saline pool. Image is part of a series of photographs taken for or about Empire Refineries, Inc. owner of oil fields, refineries and railroad cars for oil transportation. Empire Refineries, Inc. also had places in Independence, Kansas and Ponca, Okmulgee, Oklahoma City and Cushing, Oklahoma and was a subsidiary of Cities Service Company.
