Pictured are three men along a stretch of floating docks, at the rear a videographer wearing a long coat and fedora, centered, a man also in a long coat and fedora - believed to be James Mulroy - and at front a police officer, in uniform, right hand in pocket, left arm outstretched with a revolver pointed at a Dynax (motor oil) can on the dock.
