Pictured from the stomach up are 2 men, Ole Evinrude (left) and Hugo Biersach (right). Ole in a fedora and Hugo in a mariner's cap. Hugo also has a file folder/zippered pouch at his left side. To the left of Ole, a gas pump sits. There is a non-descript building behind Hugo that has a couple flat bottomed boats leaning against it.
