5 x 7 glass plate negative taken by Rosenfeld and Sons on August 31, 1923 at the Gloucester Races. Port beam view of the fishing schooner HENRY FORD under sail. HENRY FORD was designed by Tom McManus and built by Marion J. Cooney in Essex, MA 1922. She was designed to challenge BLUENOSE for the Dennis Cup (International Fishermen Race). Handwritten on original negative sleeve: "8/31/23 / Gloucester Race / Henry Ford / Box 988".
