Probably the destroyer tender MELVILLE (AD-2) and the destroyer WADSWORTH (DD-60) preparing to leave the US for Queenstown, Ireland. US flag flown from stern of the tender. Other naval vessels in background. Handwritten on original negative sleeve: "Destroyer & Mother Ship".
