Image of FEARLESS, %9, SURPRISE, a yawl, and BAGGARAH, %18, showing different views undersail. FEARLESS was a 52'9" sloop built by Frederick D. Lawley of South Boston, Massachusetts from designs by George Lawley & Son in 1909 and raced in the Handicap Class as %9. SURPRISE was a 31' yawl built by C.F. Brown of Pulpit Harbor, Maine from designs by B. B. Crowninshield in 1908. BAGGARAH was a 33'5" sloop built by Rice Brothers of East Boothbay, Maine from designs of B.B. Crowninshield in 1902 and raced in the Handicap Class as %18. Handwritten neg. sleeve info.: "Block Is. Yacht Race / %9 / Box 6 / [Stamped: "PLATE NO."] 67."
