Commemorative pin, probably had a ribbon clip, commemorating American Brotherhood of Steamship Pilots (founded 1887) or souvenir from landings of steamship MINNESOTA (built 1903) or DAKOTA (built 1904) in early 20th century; brass pin with banner across top with "NEW LONDON CONN" and some scroll work, bottom is oval and depicts a steamship underway, back has two clips, one presumably for a ribbon.
