Unidentified tool, possibly to compress or expand an e-ring. Steel; 2 handles are round with pointed ends, tops flattened with lines of raised dots; hinged to center piece which has wide notches on one side, narrow notches on the other. Hinged handles swing 180 degrees for use with either the wide or narrow notch. F. D. Lawley Collection.
