Visible in image: top portion of limestone-faced skyscraper in a mix of the Art Nouveau and Beaux-Arts styles, view of two wings of the H-shaped plan, at bottom are two Roman/Grecian statues sitting on either side of medallion seal, roof decorated with large eagles over triangular pediments over seals with three shields and urns of flowers and wreaths along interior of wings.
