View of a woman and a man standing on a wooden dock near the water which is in the background. The woman, in the center of the image, is working at a moveable forge, stirring the embers and making smoke. To the left is the starboard bow of a small craft with the name, HOPE on the very end of the bow. To the right of the woman is a man working on the rudder head on the transom of an open work boat next to him. Handwritten negative sleeve info.: "3691S / 11 / Fitting out / Box 137".
