Adams (also named as Master of vessel), of the Port of Boston; states hours allowed to navigate the waters of the Seventh Section, which includes Cohasset, the port of Boston, Lynn, Nahant, Swampscott, Marblehead, Beverly, Salem, Manchester and Gloucester, Massachusetts; signed by Commander John T. Nelson, Captain of the Port of Boston and Section Commander; NETTLE described as a "jib & mainsail sailboat open boat. 12' w. l."; includes black and white photograph of NETTLE sailing; correspondence with document states "...although it is not dated, must have been to cover the summer of 1918 when antisubmarine defenses were well established."; found in correspondence file for 1963.595, NETTLE, numbered by typewriter in upper right corner, "63.595"
