4x5 safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons at the start of the Class A vessels at the Newport to Bermuda Race on June 18, 1960 on a fogbound day off of Newport, Rhode Island. Image of three sailing vessels, starboard beam view. On the far left edge of the negative is the unidentified bow of a large committee vessel. In the fog on the left is ENCHANTA, a 66'2" aux. yawl, sail #388, built by Abeking & Rasmussen of Lemwerder, Germany from designs by John G. Alden in 1953. The vessel in the center is unidentified. To the right is DYNA, a 58' auxiliary Atlantic Class yawl, sail #A7, built in 1957 by Burger Boat Company of Manitowoc, Wisconsin from designs by Sparkman and Stephens.
