5x7 in. safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons at the 25th Gold Cup Regatta held August 6, 1927 at the Indian Harbor Yacht Club, Greenwich, Connecticut. Image of the starters and judges and timers stand with eight men standing or sitting on a dock in front of a very large timers clock. One man is standing near the edge of the dock with a checkered flag and the man in front of him is leaning over getting ready to pull the string on the starting gun. In the center are five judges getting ready to watch the race start and in front to the right is a man seated on a chair with a race ledger. Typed neg. sleeve info.: "24338-F".
