The man next to me is Artie Appel, who was one of the seaman on the POLLUX. Behind him, the first on the left, in the jacket is Tommy Turner, Heldt, Calemmo, who was the machinist on the whaleboat, WAG, who was the signalman on the whaleboat, Larry Weaver and between Greenfield and Weaver in the striped shirt is Ensign Pollock. The second row behind the man in the white cap is Bergeron who was the one I mentioned that climbed up the cliff with his knees and elbows and was the first one who got any help."
