35mm color slide photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons in September, 1980. Image of two 12 Meter Class sloops undersail, bow views, running free, spinnakers set, racing during the America's Cup Trials. AUSTRALIA, sail #KA5, on the left, was a 65' 12 Meter Class sloop, built for the Australian America's Cup and challenged in 1977 and 1980. SVERIGE, sail #S3, on the right, was a 64' Swedish sloop, designed by Pelle Peterson in 1977 and raced in the 1977 and 1980 trials.
