Folder; United States Coast Guard Department of Transportation folder owned by USCG sailor Peter Kolasa, after 1964; paper folder, flat with lines to fold on visible, United States Coast Guard official racing stripe moving from top center to bottom left, two official Coast Guard seals on stripe, if folded one would appear inside folder , "UNITED/ STATES/ COAST/ GUARD/ DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION" written on front, to right of last line of text a red circle with a white design, "DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION/ UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" around design, same design and text appears on flap to be folded which would appear on the inside of the folder. Similar to 2005.19.156 and 2005.19.158.
