Image of FREEDOM undersail, starboard quarter view with spinnaker set, mainsail running free and crew working on deck in a strong wind with Dennis Conner at the helm. FREEDOM, US #30, was a 12 meter sloop, built in 1979 by the Minneford Yacht Yard of City Island, New York and designed by Sparkman & Stephens, Inc. She was the America's Cup 1980 defender and winner.
