35mm color slide photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons in 1976. Image is a closeup of several men with Ted Hood at the helm of (probably) INDEPENDENCE, #US28, with COURAGEOUS, #US26, in the background. Both vessels are running on a starboard tack with spinnakers set. Ted Hood was a sailmaker and owner of Hood Sailmakers. He designed and had built the 12 meter INDEPENDENCE in 1976.
