Watch; Pocket watch or locket; from the collection of Captain Richard C. Mears; possible pocket watch or locket made to resemble a pocket watch, silver, hinged to be allowed to open fully by pressing the small tab on the top, and an engraved design on the outside of the case; interior of the case features a metal "pad", held in place by a partial metal bracket and a spring behind it which pushed it up into the bracket to stay secure; printed on interior edge of case "GER.SILVE".
