Mears (1829-1899); small beaded pouch, possibly used as a change purse; lower cloth portion of purse is covered completely in small cut steel beads; hinged lid, with a push-tab to open; pressed tin image on top of "lid", depicting an art nouveau style image of a woman's profile and flowers
