Bathing stockings; Pair of bathing stockings; two bathing stockings, ca 1920s; brown, green, and ecru in color; the upper portion which fits around the thigh is most likely cotton, as is the heel and toe of the foot section; the cotton sections are solid green in color; the majority of the leg is made of silk and is brown with small sections of ecru stripes (4 stripes per each striped section).
