Overcoat; Child's overcoat; child's "sailor-style" wool overcoat; manufactured by Pacific Worsteds Woolens; navy blue in color, with two rows of four buttons running down the front on either side; three silk ribbons form stripes around the collar; inside of coat are two tags; first tag is black, and printed on it is "Pacific/ Worsteds Woolens/ 100% Wool"; the second tag is sewn into a loop with a front portion and a back portion; front portion reads has an emblem which reads "NATIONAL/ RECOVERY BOARD" around the edge, and "COAT/ AND/ SUIT/ INDUSTRY" on the interior; next to the emblem on the front portion read the numbers "420557"; printed on the back portion "CONSUMERS'/ PROTECTION LABEL/ REZ/ INFANT'S & CHILDRENS/ COAT DIVISION/ Manufactured Under/ Fair Labor Standards".
