Tooth, stained amber; obverse has cross-hatched full-length view of female figure dressed in red striped skirt, blue blouse with white stars; wears tiara; holds matching shield in right hand, waves pennant reading "LIBERTY" in left hand; stands on pile of rope; incised in cursive script on reverse "Free trade/ and sailors rights"; some adhesive residue on obverse tip of tooth; possibly part of collection of New London CT Jibboom Club [1870-1959].
