NEREUS, ex-NORTHERN LIGHT, was a 70' Twelve Meter Class racing yacht designed by Sparkman & Stephens, Inc. and built by the Henry B. Nevins Yard of City Island, New York in 1938. Mount info. stamped in black: "7 / OCT64N". Handstamped with blue ink: "PHOTO BY WILLIAM M. ROSENFELD ". Stamped info. in yellow: "MADE IN U.S.A."
