Heavy leather sheath to hold knife and marlin spike, made by Josephine "Joee" Patterson while onboard the STEPHEN TABER and used by Patterson during the 38th Voyage of the CHARLES W. MORGAN in 2014. Sheath designed with decorative cotton stitching and copper wire to protect the edge of the knife's pocket. See knife, 2015.6.2b, and marlin spike, 2015.6.2c. Overall good condition; some wear. Overall: 7 3/4 x 3 3/8 x 1 in.
