Pipe; wooden stem with horn band at the end, flattened black plastic mouthpiece, and light tan clay(?) bowl. From a collection of Civil War uniform accoutrements belonging to Lieutenant Robert H. Clift of Mystic, Conn; pipe was given to Clift by a Confederate soldier.
